Glitches

The pattern calls them anomalies. We call them by their first name.

Why Glitches

A glitch is what the system calls something it cannot predict.

The one who left a safe career and built something the industry said would not work. The one who trains at five and closes at nine. The one whose results keep breaking the model everyone else is graded on. On paper, an error. In this room, the standard.

Glitches is a small, curated circle of young people like that -- founders, operators, investors, athletes, artists -- who grow faster together than the pattern says they should. We stopped apologizing for not fitting it. We built a table for the ones who don't.

I

The ceiling moves

Your best month quietly becomes your average month, because nobody at the table lets you think small.

II

Deals find you

Companies have been bought, sold and merged between members, at a dinner, not a marketplace.

III

The loneliness ends

The hardest part of building young is being the only one. Here, you never are.

IV

Standards replace motivation

Iron mornings, cold water, long games. Discipline kept together holds longer than discipline kept alone.

Every application is read in full, slowly, by people, not filters.

If the fit is right, someone will reach out directly by phone or email. Our current baseline to be considered is seven figures in annual revenue or funds raised, with exceptions for artists, athletes, traders and investors.

Character weighs as much as the numbers. Often more.

What people find on the other side of the door

Per the oath: first names only.

E

Eeli J.

SaaS founder

"I came in with a bottleneck I had been stuck on for a year. Someone at the table had already lived through it. Three calls later it was gone, and so was the ceiling on my company."

M

Marcus T.

Ecommerce founder

"My best month before joining was the kind of number I used to dream about. It is now my average. Not because of a tactic, but because nobody here lets you think small."

O

Oskar V.

Investor

"I heard about a deal at dinner months before it would have reached the market. We closed it inside the circle. That one evening paid for everything else many times over."

I

Ilias K.

Operator, portfolio company

"I walked in without a company of my own. I now run one from the guild's portfolio, with equity, and with people behind me who have run the same play."

A

Aaron M.

Agency owner

"The loneliness was the real cost of building young. It is gone. I have people who answer at midnight and show up at five."

N

Niklas R.

Athlete & founder

"I came for the network and stayed for the standards. My body, my books and my mornings look nothing like they did a year ago."
